Warranty conditions

 

1. Warranty period

1.1. The warranty period may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but not less than in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.

1.2. The seller mediates the manufacturer's warranty for the goods sold.

1.3. The seller is obliged to rectify the defects specified by the manufacturer in its warranty conditions within the permitted period.

1.4. The warranty period takes effect from the date of the delivery note.

1.5. Warranty maintenance performed during the warranty period does not extend the warranty.

2. Execution of the warranty

2.1. The basis for performing warranty maintenance is the invoice / delivery note issued by the Seller and the device with an undamaged serial number. If the serial number of the device is damaged or illegible, the Seller has the right to refuse free warranty repair.

2.2 The Seller performs warranty repairs on goods sold from the TehnoTurg-T store Suur-Sõjamäe 13A, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia and from the online store.

2.3 The Buyer shall bear the costs of sending the device requiring warranty service for service.

2.4 The costs of returning the device brought for warranty service and maintained shall be borne by TehnoTurg-T.

 

3. The guarantee does not cover:

3.1. Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by accidental or deliberate injury or foreign objects entering the device (foreign objects, liquids, insects, excess dust, etc.).

3.2. Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by faulty electrical systems (lack of earth cable, damage to the electronics of the device, faulty sockets, damage due to overvoltages and interruptions in the electricity and telephone networks, etc.). 3.3. Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by the use of non-original parts or unsuitable accessories.

3.4. Malfunctions caused by service or modification performed by a person not authorized by the Seller.

3.5. Malfunctions caused by improper use of the equipment and non-compliance with the requirements of the operating instructions.

3.6. Malfunctions caused by thunder or other forces of nature.

3.7. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of moving mechanical parts.

 

The following terms and conditions of the sales guarantee apply to the products:

  • Hytera sales warranty is 24 month. The accessories have a 12-month sales warranty. Accessories include antennas, cables, headsets, chargers, and batteries.
  • Midland and Alan sales warranty is 24-month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Presidentsales warranty is 24 month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Cobra sales warranty is 12 month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Reolink sales warranty is 12-month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Icom radio sales warranty is 12 months. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Motorola sales warranty is 12-month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Kenwood sales warranty is 12-month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Sirio antennas sales warranty is 12 month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
  • Scan-Antenna antennas sales warranty is 12 month. The accessories have a 6-month sales warranty.
